铅胁迫对烟草生长及生理生化指标的影响

摘 要:

本试验以烟草(Nicotiana tabacum) ‘吉烟9号’为供试材料, 采用盆栽的方法, 探讨铅(Pb)胁迫对烟草生长和生理生化指标的影响。研究结果显示: 随着Pb胁迫浓度的升高, ‘吉烟9号’的叶长、叶宽、株高、茎围逐渐减小; 叶绿素(Chl)含量下降; 过氧化氢酶(CAT)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升后降; 过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量逐渐上升; 烟碱含量降低; 淀粉含量先降后升; 总氮、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖含量先升后降; 可溶性糖含量在Pb胁迫浓度为150 mg·kg-1时最高。总体来说Pb胁迫浓度大于150 mg·kg-1条件不利于优质烟叶形成。

Effect of lead stress on growth and physio-biochemical indices of tobacco

Abstract:

Effect of lead (Pb) stress on growth and physio-biochemical indices of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) was analyzed with ‘Jiyan 9’ using the method of potted plant. As lead concentration increasing, changes of each indices related to tobacco growth were as follows. The length and width of leaf, plant height and stem circumference were decreased. The content of chlorophyll increased gradually. The activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased at first and then decreased. The activity of peroxidase (POD) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) increased gradually. The content of nicotine decreased. The content of starch decreased firstly and then increased. Total nitrogen, protein, total sugar and reducing sugar contents increased at first and then decreased. The content of soluble sugar was the highest under 150 mg·kg-1 of lead concentration. Generally, it would not favor high quality tobacco under lead concentration over 150 mg·kg-1.
